Gymboree - offers play, music, art & sports classes & camp programs for children up to 5 years old. Play & Learn classes run for infants to 5 years old while other classes start at older age levels. Stories in Motion (Maplewood, Wayne, Westfield) - non-competitive environment that teaches dance to children by linking creative movement and story telling; programs for children agees 6 months to 12 years
The Little Gym - offers parent/child programs for children 4 months to 3 years. Also offers karate, gymnastics, dance & cheerleading classes as well as a camp program. Maximum age for programs is 12 years old. Cutie Patooties (Englewood) - they offer enrichment classes including yoga, art, music & nature/science; also includes a  includes a 1,500-square-foot indoor play area for infants up to 6 years old

Mommy & Me Classes (Maplewood) - craft and tea events held every 3rd Sunday of the month

State Theatre (New Brunswick) - educational events including Family Day workshops for kids of various ages and the free Milk & Cookies program for kids 3-8

Jointure - classes include photography, art, martial arts, junior golf at locations in Somerset County
Wee Play (Bridgewater) - a parent/child play program for walking children up to those 48 months old; classes are divided into 4 age groups

Creative Kids (Westfield) - programs for music, storytime, art, dance & yoga; classes for children 3 months to 12 years
