The Garden State Discovery Museum in Cherry Hill will host several holiday celebrations in December. Kids can enjoy a buffet-style Breakfast with Santa and songs and stories from 10 am to 12:30 pm on December 10. Pre-registration is required and the cost is $8 for members and $15 for non-members (plus tax). Space is limited. Other events at the museum include:

• Hurray for Hanukkah, on December 18, where kids can listen to Hanukkah stories, create holiday snacks and enjoy hands-on Hanukkah crafts with Rosie Hymerling. Drop in for crafts between 1 pm and 3 pm and enjoy a sing-along concert with Janet Sclaroff at 3 pm.

• the Feast of the Seven Fishes on December 24 with crafts, games, stories and snacks with a marine-life theme to celebrate this traditional Italian holiday.

• The Kwanzaa Celebration, starting at 1 pm on December 26 and December 28 and children can learn about this African-American tradition as Queen Nur lights up the stage with interactive storytelling and songs.

Atlantic County
Get into the Chanukah Spirit at ChuckE Cheese's Chanukah Party for kids of all ages. There will be games, rides, raffles and prizes. Join ChuckE as he lights the Menorah! Free donuts and Chanukah treats for all! Wednesday December 24 at 11:00 am At ChuckE Cheese in Mays Landing. Bergen County
Don't miss the Community Menorah Lighting in front of Fair Lawn City Hall at 7:30 pm on December 21. There will be donuts and chocolate gelt for all and real gelt for the kids. Also in Fair Lawn, check out the Chanukah Wonderland from 12 pm to 2:30 pm on December 25. Holiday fun includes a giant dreidel bounce, hot latkes, carnival games, candle making, make your own menorah and more. Admission at the door is $15 per child, includes all games and Pizza. Chabad of Medford invites the entire community to celebrate the Festival of Lights at a public Menorah kindling ceremony. The grand Chanukah celebration will take place on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 6:00PM at the corner of Main Street and Allen Medford, NJ. Following the kindling, there will be a program featuring music, delicious latkes and donuts, chocolate Chanukah Gelt for the children, dreidels, a raffle and family fun.

Camden County
Chabad Lubavitch of Camden and Burlington counties invites you to Chanukah on Ice from 7 pm to 9 pm on Dec. 24 at the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees. In Cherry Hill, Chabad Lubavitch of Camden and Burlington counties invites the entire community to celebrate the Festival of Lights at a Public Menorah Lighting ceremony at the Cherry Hill Mall. Chanukah on Ice will be 3pm to 5pm on Sunday, December 25th at the Flyers Skate Zone in Atlantic City. This event, open to the entire community, will include open ice skating, organized skating games for children and families, and a special guest appearance by the biblical heroes of Chanukah, "The Maccabees." There will be a Center rink Menorah Lighing ceremony. Admission is $7 and includes refreshments. Skate rental $3 or BYO. Call 609-822-8500 for more information.

Hudson County
On December 22, Chabad of Hoboken presents Chanukah 4 Kids at Hoboken City Hall. Doors open at 4:45 pm; enjoy the puppet show starting at 5:15 pm and witness the annual grand public Menorah Lighting at 6:30 pm. There will be crafts, hot latkes and a chance to meet Judah the Maccabi. Admission is $10 for kids ages 2 and up. You can reserve a spot online.

Mercer County
Join the Friendship Circle for a Pre-Chanukah Bowl at 3 pm on December 18 in Princeton. Enjoy fresh latkes and donuts and unlimited bowling. There will be Chanukah treats and activities. The Chabad Jewish Center of South Brunswick presents the Chanukah Bowl and Family Party from 2 pm to 4 pm on December 25 at Brunsiwck Zone - Carolier Lanes in North Brunswick. There will be dreidel games, Chanukah activities and a bowling pin Menorah Lighting.

Morris County
Visit the Chanukah Children's Fair from 10:30 am to noon on December 18 at the Chabad of Southeast Morris County in Madison.There will be arts and crafts, a multimedia show, music and refreshments. This event is for ages 3 to 10 and parents are welcome. For more info or to RSVP, Please email info@chabadcares.com. The suggested donation is $10 per child.

Two of our favorite friends return to work some holiday magic at the Garden State Discovery Museum in Cherry Hill. Listen to Hanukkah stories, create holiday snacks and enjoy hands-on Hanukkah crafts with Rosie Hymerling. Then, top the afternoon off with a sing-along with Janet Sclaroff.

Imagine That! Museum will also be host to a Winter Wonderland from 2 pm to 5 pm on Dec. 5. Fun holiday activities for kids will include Olive Oil Press Workshop, Chanukah Arts & Crafts, meet Judah Maccabee and more. A portion of event proceeds will benefit Friendship Circle.
