So my daughter says to me, "Mommy, you can be a princess today!"

I didn't know it was that easy. So I'm sitting here waiting for the creatures of the forest to help clean my house and make me a beautiful dress to wear. And I'm wondering why Prince Charming has to go to work instead of staying home with me to make me feel like royalty.

Ah, but the transformation isn't that easy as my daughter then tells me to be a princess, I have to wear lipstick. (Where did she get that from?) For those who don't know me, I hardly wear makeup and lipstick isn't worn too often. Out of curiosity I looked for some lipstick and nope, none in the house.

So no royal ball for me tonight but the upside is I don't have to squeeze into a ballgown or glass slippers that would probably hurt my feet anyway. I can just chill in my PJ's and wait for my prince to bring me ice cream and give me a massage. Hey I have to keep some part of my fairy tale!
